Pega Robot Studio introduces the concept of Application Assets to separate application-related development from business use case creation. Application Assets aid project governance by setting clear roles and tasks at each development stage. Once developed and deployed, the Application Asset becomes a building block for your robotic project. You can download and use the Asset interface without testing the application behavior and getting into the application implementation details.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Explain the process of creating, deploying, accepting, and downloading Application Assets to the project.
Identify the testing levels on each stage of creating and including an Asset to the robotic project.
Summarize the roles and responsibilities in documenting, creating basic and advanced scenarios, testing, and deploying Application Assets.
Use the Application Assets in the robotic project.

Practice what you learned in the following Challenges:

Creating and deploying Application Asset v1 Downloading and using a local asset file v1
